As you pass through yet another wonderful garden by the side of the house you will find a short staircase that leads you to the chapel. The benches and kneelers were made by local craftsmen and the alter piece is antique.

Behind the house the garden spreads out like a magic carpet. A long staircase made of volcanic rock leads down to the first of the four terraced gardens. Here you find a small pool with a waterfall to the next terrace below. Each terrace holds a new surprise - looming avocado trees, citrus trees, tropical flowers and shrubs and at the lowest level a large fountain!
